Welcome to Little Leaders Summer Camp!

We’re thrilled to announce our first-ever overnight camp at the stunning Broken Bay Sport and Recreation Camp, Australia’s oldest and most breathtaking camp location. This is more than just a holiday camp—it’s a rite of passage for teens ready to step up, challenge themselves, and grow into leaders.

At Little Leaders, we focus on our four key pillars: Mindfulness, Teamwork, Resilience, and Gratitude. Through engaging activities and real-world challenges, we help teens navigate the pressures of today’s fast-paced world. Research shows that the reduction of unsupervised outdoor play since the 1980s has contributed to the rise of anxiety and depression in our youth. We’re committed to changing that by giving our kids the freedom, responsibility, and support to grow into something more.

What to Expect:

• Over the course of three days and two nights at the Little Leaders Summer Camp, participants will engage in immersive leadership activities designed to cultivate resilience, gratitude, teamwork, and mindfulness. Key activities include:
  • Goal Setting Workshops: Campers will learn to define and pursue personal and team objectives, fostering motivation and a sense of purpose.
  • Overcoming Challenges Sessions: Through guided exercises, participants will learn to confront and manage fears and worries, building resilience and confidence.
  • Regulation Techniques Training: Attendees will acquire strategies to manage emotions and behaviors effectively, enhancing self-control and adaptability.

  These activities aim to equip campers with practical skills to navigate personal and academic challenges, promoting growth and leadership potential.

• Exciting highlights: Inflatable water slide, kayaking, fishing, beach/water games, bushwalking, orienteering, archery, team challenges, survival skills, sporting games and much, much more
• Inclusions:
  • Campers will travel to and from Patonga Wharf by boat, crossing the stunning waters of Broken Bay. This scenic boat ride provides breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty—the perfect way to kick off the camp. As your child travels across the sparkling bay, they’ll take in the rugged cliffs, lush greenery, and pristine beaches that make this area so special.
