Are The Camps Overnight?

Our Little Leader’s camps are action packed from the first moment they join us. For this reason, we don’t run overnight camps, as it is of high importance to let your kids reset and rejuvenate overnight in the comfort of their home, before joining us again the next morning at 8.30am.

What Hours Do The Growth Camps Run?

The camps run from 8:30am until 3:30pm.
Prior to the commencement of the day, we ask that parents arrive 15 minutes earlier to ask our team any questions or queries. This ensures we maximise the time available with your children and get them having fun, building skills and making friends as much as possible.

What Happens If I Am Late To Pick Up My Child?

 

Your child will never be left alone at our camps.  If you are late, two of our team members will safely wait with your child until you arrive. If you foresee a late arrival, please call us and we will let your child know you’re on your way.

Unlike many other programs we go beyond the usual sports and activities and encourage a learning environment which focuses on the holistic development of the child.  We provide a collaborative space which focuses on keeping our groups small and focused to ensure no one is missed out on. We want to ensure your Little Leaders are getting maximum care. Our goal at Little leaders to provide a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all leaders.

Does My Child Need To Be Sporty?

No.  Little Leaders growth camps are designed to cater for all. While sport will be included,  there will be a diverse range of activities that cater to different capabilities and strengths, as well as personalities that promote our core values. Little Leaders is fun, safe and inclusive environment. Our goal at Little Leaders is create a learning environment which focuses on the holistic development of the child.

What Does The Camp Include?

Each camp will include different things and no camp will be the same. All camp information will be advertised under ‘Camps’ and information will be specific to the  particular camp.

On the day we ask that your child is equipped with a name labelled water bottle, lunch box with snacks and a larger lunch, covered shoes for outdoor activities, a hat, a sun safe shirt  and any regular safety or medical parameters they may require, such as an asthma puffer. SPF will be readily available through out the day.

Will My Child Be Safe?

We take every precaution at LL to make sure that your LL are well looked after. We keep our groups small so that all Leaders get the attention they deserve. All staff are first aid trained, have a valid WWCC and have completed the child safe eLearning course.

What is Your Returns Policy?

We will gladly accept returns on all domestic and international orders in their original condition (see below) within 14 days of receiving the items according to the post-mark. To complete a return, complete the following steps.

 

  1. To get started, please request a return via emailing us directly with imagery of your product, why you would like a return and we will provide you with a return to sender address should the original postal label sent by us be damaged.
  2. After that, we will review if the pieces are in original condition (see below). If they pass that review, we will issue a refund. Please note that the pieces are your responsibility until they are returned to Little Leaders Australia. We will not issue a refund on item or items that are not received or are lost in transit.

 

What is Original Condition?

To protect our customers, items must be unaltered, unused, and kept in their original packaging. All tags must be attached as purchased. Please note that pieces with marks from use or other sources will be considered as worn items.

What is Your Shipping Policy?

Standard Shipping Fees

Due to COVID-19, there may be minor delays with the shipping carriers.

 

Domestic

If you are in Australia, we offer a standard shipping rate indicated at check out. It should take 5-7 business days via our nominated postal services.

 

When Will My Order Ship?
Your Little Leaders gear will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed and shipped 2-3 days from the following Monday. We do ship on most major holidays.

Once your Little Leaders gear have been shipped you will get an email with tracking information. We will reach out to you if there is any issue with your order or if we need more information regarding billing details.

 

What if Something Happens to My Shipment?
If something happens with your shipment, it is best to contact the courier company found on the tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged goods handled by courier companies.
