Location:

Join us at the incredible Ted Doyle oval, a prime venue for our impactful Little Leaders programs. 

Morning Drop-Off Location:

Upon arrival, please have your child sign in at the designated table according to their surname (e.g., A-D, E-H). Sign-in tables will be easy to spot by the large blue tent, where our staff will mark attendance.

Afternoon Pick-up Process:

Your child will be waiting in allocated groups for pickup upon arrival please see the group leader for sign off.

Medication:

Please hand all medication to our Medication Officer at the blue tent. Ensure all medication is labeled, and complete the ‘administration of medication’ document, provided by the officer.

Program: 

Little Leaders programs centre on four foundational pillars: Mindfulness, Teamwork, Resilience, and Gratitude. We seamlessly integrate these pillars into each activity, fostering a dynamic and supportive atmosphere where young leaders not only participate but excel.

Our program’s diverse activities cater to a wide range of interests and age groups, from energetic sports challenges to creative arts and crafts, and calming mindfulness exercises. Each child gains new skills, confidence, and friendships in a lively setting, preparing them to grow into confident, capable leaders.

Each Little Leader will be grouped with children of a similar age and led by one of our staff. Activities will run on a rotation system, and enclosed shoes suitable for running and movement are required. Please pack extra clothing, as some games may get messy.

With backgrounds in education, coaching, and child development, our team brings a wealth of experience to every program, ensuring your child receives the best guidance on their leadership journey.

Lunch:

Lunch is provided, but please send a water bottle and snacks with your Little Leader. If there are any food preferences or allergies that haven’t been shared on waiver forms, let us know immediately. If your child prefers alternative options, feel free to pack their lunch.

Fresh fruit will be provided both days.

Waterslide Fun:

Weather permitting, we’ll have our waterslide available for use on both days. Please send your child in swimmers underneath their clothing to save time changing. Don’t forget to pack a spare set of clothes and a towel!

Colour run:

On Day 2, we’ll have a Colour Run! We suggest sending your child in white to make the most of the fun. They’re welcome to watch and cheer if they prefer not to participate. For pickup, a towel is recommended for your car seats!

Note: Shoes will contact chalk, so please send shoes you’re okay with getting a little messy.

Journals:

Anyone receiving a Little Leaders Wellness journal will get it on Day 1. Returning participants should remember to bring their journals. We encourage all Little Leaders to purchase a Little Leaders journal as they will be used in activities.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all program purchases are non-refundable. However, if your child is unable to attend a camp for any reason, we’re happy to offer a credit for future programs. A $20 administrative fee will apply to process this credit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming your Little Leader to a future camp experience!

Lost Property: 

Please ensure that clothes are labelled so that we can ensure that they come home.
